Crossfit TWO: The Driveway

I  live in a pretty hilly (is that even a word) of North Georgia.  So my driveway has a nice little incline to it:  the perfect spot for sprints!

So, I made up a little routine called “The Driveway” :)

Here’s how it goes.  Feel free to alter it as need be:

Driveway

10 push-ups

Driveway

10 squats

Driveway

10 sit-ups

Driveway

10 burpees

Driveway

10 kettlebell swings

Repeat as many times as you can.  Hehe.  I usually do this twice.  And you will be amazed.  The driveway is almost a break compared to the rest of this workout!
